Recipe: Citrus Coffee Granita

A refreshing and light idea for sunny days. Maximum pleasure guaranteed!



  • 5 dl (about 2 cups) of Fairtrade Organic Soleil Levant (“Rising Sun”) hot coffee
  • 1 dl (about .4 cup) of orange syrup
  • 1 cinnamon stick


  • 2 dl (0.85 cup) 35% cream
  • 3 cl (0.125 cup)coffee liqueur


Dissolve the syrup in the hot coffee. Add the cinnamon. Let cool and transfer to ice packs.
Set aside in the freezer overnight.

Mix the cream and the liqueur and transfer to a whipped cream siphon. Add 1 gas capsule and shake vigorously.

When ready to serve, place the orange coffee cubes in the blender. Place in glasses and decorate with whipped cream with coffee liqueur.
